Hello Andrew - After a walk in and around Forge Valley today, I have just stumbled upon your delightful website! Unfortunately, not that much autumnal colour in the woods at present, the trees having shed most of their leaves by now. However the Beech leaves never fail to create a beautiful woodland carpet! I look forward to following many more of your hikes and enjoying the lovely accompanying photos. Thanks for sharing your personal thoughts and views with a wider audience - we all need a nature-fix!
